Similar to White Grill Spice as a foundation spice--with the addition of some cayenne pepper for extra heat. Perfect for Seafood, and when a little more heat is desired in the balance on any meat. Can work as a Cajun spice.
It is a great rub on just about anything, but it is the best rib rub out there. I did a taste test of four rubs with my extended family and Hot Grill Spice was easily the favorite.
