I've been using a a couple of Pitmaker seasonings as my staple for everything I cook with for more than 10 years. My primary is barbeque butter and secondary depending on what's being cooked is 1st place chicken and rib. However the Barbeque Butter goes on everything. I believe at this point, if I didn't have BBQ Butter, the food I'm cooking wouldn't taste the same. The flavor is spectacular, everyone is always asking about the spice on the food and says how good it is. I use between 5-10 lbs per year, just for my home.......Its is a MUST have!!!

BBQ Butter is a great rub for grilling or smoking. I have used it on chicken, fish, pork, brisket, and ribs. Wile I probably prefer the Sweet Rub on Ribs, the BBQ Butter is also great and good for a change. I have also added a small amount of red pepper to it for a kick.
